  6. Do the cobra exercise. Lie on your stomach, place your palms near your chest. As you inhale, raise yourself up on your hands, throwing your head back. Keep your arms straight. The chest is open, breathing is free. Maintain the position for 20-30 seconds. Repeat 3-4 times.
  7. Stand on your feet, raise your arms above your head. As you exhale, lean towards your right leg, trying to touch the foot, while inhaling, return to the starting position. Then, as you exhale, lean towards your left leg. Keep your back straight. Do the exercise for 2 minutes.
